SHANAHAN'S BISCUITS
3 c. self rising flour 1 12-oz can of beer,
2 Tbsp. sugar room temperature
Put flour and sugar in a bowl. Add beer and stir. Grease muffin tins and spoon in batter to 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or till done. Serve hot, Makes about 2 dozen biscuits. Enjoy.
